We have successfully completed hundreds of projects, and many of our clients frequently return for further collaboration.Key Responsibilities-Architect, develop, and maintain sophisticated Salesforce configurations, automation workflows, complex business processes, and enterprise-scale integrations to support a global, multi-entity, multi-currency organization-Design and implement robust, bidirectional integrations between Salesforce and core ERP, financial, revenue recognition, and marketing systems, with particular emphasis on end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, data transformation, and mapping accuracy-Design and deliver advanced reporting & analytics solutions, including intuitive, executive-facing dashboards and operational reports that effectively communicate complex business metrics through appropriate visualization techniques-Lead and champion the organization's CRM and ERP AI/ML initiatives, including identification of high-value use cases, solution architecture, and successful implementation-Oversee strategic platform integration roadmap and serve as the primary technical authority for integrating Salesforce with surrounding business-critical applications and emerging AI-driven capabilities-Act as a senior data steward and strategic partner to the business, translating organizational objectives into a coherent, iterative, and agile Salesforce platform development and integration strategy-Provide technical leadership to the Salesforce development team; mentor senior and mid-level developers, conduct code/design reviews, and establish development best practices-Lead daily platform operations, prioritization, and 24×7 support activities while effectively managing resources across multiple concurrent initiatives and matrixed stakeholder groups-Guide Finance, Sales, and Revenue Operations leadership through complex, multi-phase, cross-functional delivery programs while providing hands-on technical direction and governance-Serve as the escalation point for critical business-impacting Salesforce issues, coordinating resolution across internal teams, vendors, and managed service providers-Facilitate consensus and drive mutually beneficial outcomes among stakeholders with competing priorities and requirements-Manage Salesforce platform release cycles, including upgrades, patches, security updates, and regression testing coordination-Design, implement, maintain, and monitor effective controls supporting data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance objectivesRequired Qualifications & Experience-10+ years of progressive, hands-on Salesforce platform development experience with demonstrated expertise in complex business process automation and enterprise integrations-Proven track record as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Senior Solution Architect working extensively with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Omni-Channel, Experience Cloud (Communities), and Knowledge-Minimum 5 years of integration architecture and implementation experience connecting Salesforce with ERP, financial, revenue, marketing automation, and/or AI/ML platforms-10+ years of hands-on experience designing and building sophisticated custom reporting solutions, data migration strategies, and large-scale data import/export processes7+ years of demonstrated complex project/program leadership experience-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience-Active Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I & II strongly preferred); additional Architect certifications highly desirable-Demonstrated success leading Salesforce development teams and managing full-cycle development projects-Strong practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in enterprise software delivery-Previous participation in large-scale, global IT initiatives involving distributed teams, contractors, consultants, and managed service providers-Experience working in a highly regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or similarly compliance-driven environment) strongly preferred-Working knowledge of relevant data protection and privacy regulations/frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, Privacy Shield, etc.)Core Competencies & Additional Requirements-Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive, business, and non-technical stakeholders-Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills-Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities under tight deadlines-Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail-Demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound professional judgment-Proactive problem-solving orientation — identifies issues and presents well-considered recommendations simultaneously-Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment-Genuine team orientation with understanding of interdependencies between individual, team, and organizational success
