Account Executive

**Company:** Wellwisher Group**Location:** South Pune ,Kondhwa**Department:** Post-Sales / CRM**Timings:** 10:30-7:00**Reporting To:** Chief Operating OfficerPosition Overview:The Account Executive has to ensure timely payments and manage recovery of outstanding dues. The role requires strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and financial follow-up capability.Key Responsibilities1. Post-Sales Coordination:Preparing cost sheets and explaining payment schedules.Assist customers in completing KYC and loan-related documentation.2. Recovery & Collections:Deposit cheques.Prepare monthly recovery sheets and reports.Monitor outstanding payments and follow-up with customers via calls, emails, and messages.Prepare and share payment reminders, demand letters, and overdue notices.Track construction-linked payment milestones and send timely payment reminders.Coordinate with finance and accounts teams to reconcile payment records.Work with banks/NBFCs to ensure loan sanctions and disbursements are done on time.Assist in implementing recovery strategies for long-overdue accounts.
