Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities for Bagging Machines , packaging lines and Industrial Automations Solutions Identify, qualify, and convert leads across target industries such as Fertilizers, Pharma, Plastic , Food & Beverage.Collaborate with the design and technical teams to prepare customized Packaging Solution proposals.Manage the complete sales cycle — from RFQ and quotation to negotiation and order closure.Work closely with project execution, procurement, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.Achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue and margin targets.Ideal Candidate ProfileProven track record of closing capital equipment or automation projects worth ₹1-3 crore annually.Strong understanding of automation systems, robotics, packaging machinery, or related industrial solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical decision-makers.Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to achieve measurable results.Integrity-driven with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.Willingness to travel across India (and internationally, if required).Core CompetenciesTechnical curiosity and solution-oriented thinkingRelationship management and consultative sellingStrategic account developmentCommercial negotiation and closingCompensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives
