The role focuses on new client acquisition, revenue growth, solution selling, and driving end-to-end business performance across marketing, design, performance marketing, SMM, website development, custom software development, and software product services.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn P&L, revenue, margins, and growth strategy.Drive new logo acquisition and build a predictable sales pipeline.Sell integrated solutions across creative, marketing, web/app development, and software services.Lead client pitches, proposals, negotiations, and closures.Identify new markets, sectors, and partnership opportunities.Work closely with delivery, creative, and tech teams for smooth handover and execution.Build and strengthen long-term client relationships.Set up sales processes, reporting, CRM discipline, and performance dashboards.Ideal Profile10+ years in digital agency, creative services, IT services, or SaaS.Strong hunter mindset with hands-on sales and solution-selling experience.Experience selling marketing + tech + creative combined solutions.Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and client management.Proven ability to scale revenues and own P&L responsibility.Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment.What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months):● Consistent new client acquisition with healthy deal sizes.● Predictable sales pipeline and revenue visibility.● Improved margins through better pricing and solution packaging.● Strong positioning of the agency as a trusted digital solutions partner.
