Role: Record To ReportExperience: Minimum 1+yearsWork mode - Work from office (5 Days)Shift- Flexible with all shifts.Notice period: Immediate joiner - 30 DaysSalary: upto 11.5 LPAJob Description:- Handle end-to-end Record to Report activities - Perform month-end close, journal entries & accruals - Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis - Prepare financial reports as per SLA timelines - Support internal & external audits - Ensure compliance with accounting standards - Work on ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) - Coordinate with onshore/stakeholders for closuresRequirements:- Commerce graduate () - 3+ years of core RTR experience - Strong accounting & reconciliation knowledge - Good communication skills - Willing to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
