About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Operations & Finance Associate/Executive who can manage day-to-day operations, accounting, logistics, and vendor coordination—using the Zoho ecosystem as the primary work platform. This role is ideal for someone experienced in D2C brands, agri/food companies, logistics/ops-heavy startups, or small/medium trading businesses, and who is comfortable using Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, and Zoho People for daily tasks.The role is remote but will require occasional travel for bulk shipments, vendor visits, or operational work within India and Ghana.Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Admin (via Zoho Projects / Zoho CRM / Zoho Workplace)Maintain and update daily operations logs (shipments, stock movement, vendor status, tasks) through Zoho Sheets or Zoho Projects.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, transporters, and partners via Zoho Mail, WhatsApp, and phone.Maintain documentation, follow-ups, reminders, and admin workflows using Zoho CRM tasks & pipelines.Support in creating SOPs, trackers, and checklists within Zoho Workplace or Zoho Projects.2. Logistics & Procurement (via Zoho Inventory / Zoho Creator)Coordinate dispatches and deliveries using Zoho Inventory (sales orders, packages, shipment creation).Track LR/POD, e-way bills, shipping status, and update teams through Zoho CRM / Zoho Cliq.Collect quotations, compare pricing, and update vendor profiles in Zoho CRM.Support planning and execution of bulk shipments using centralized Zoho Inventory workflows.Occasional travel for operational oversight at warehouses, ports, or vendor units.3. Finance & Accounting Support (via Zoho Books)Prepare customer and vendor invoices within Zoho Books (rates, GST, quantities, totals).Record and track payments, expenses, reimbursements, petty cash, and ensure accurate categorization.Maintain basic books of accounts, ensure documentation is synced between Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.Coordinate with the external CA/accountant for monthly reconciliation, audit queries, and compliance using Zoho Books reports.What You’ll Bring3–4 years of experience in operations / logistics / accounting in:D2C or consumer brandsAgri / food / FMCG companiesOps-heavy startupsSmall/medium trading, distribution, or export/import businessesStrong working knowledge of the Zoho Suite is mandatory, including:Zoho BooksZoho InventoryZoho CRMZoho ProjectsZoho Flow (bonus)Comfortable with logistics coordination—transport booking, dispatch follow-ups, vendor communication.Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals: invoicing, payment tracking, cash/expense entries.Good Excel/Google Sheets skills (but primary work will be inside Zoho).A proactive, detail-oriented, execution-driven mindset.Willingness to travel when needed.Nice to HavePrior exposure to agri/food supply chains, warehousing, or export/import workflows.Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator apps or custom Zoho workflows.Experience working in small teams or startups where multiple responsibilities are handled independently.
