Rooted in the Japanese philosophy of “Kanso,” we aim to create thoughtful, purposeful designs that align digital interfaces with real-world actions.Role DescriptionNOTE: THIS ROLE IS COMMISSION-BASEDWe’re looking for someone who can help us build our outreach engine, initiate conversations with robotics and SaaS companies, and open doors for meaningful partnerships.As we’re just starting, we cannot offer an upfront monthly salary yet.Instead, the role is structured as:- High commission earnings on converted projects - Even higher commissions for the first two conversions - + Retainer bonus on recurring engagements - 3-month contract term → Performance-based full-time opportunityThis role is ideal for someone who believes in what we’re building and wants to grow with us as a long-term partner — not someone looking for a traditional fixed-pay role. You can choose to do this part-time or full-time.In this role, you will:- Identify and research potential clients across Robotics, Industrial SaaS, and AI-driven products. - Source verified decision-maker contacts and build targeted outreach lists. - Run personalised outreach campaigns (email + LinkedIn), including follow-ups and call scheduling. - Qualify leads, gather requirements at a high level, and pass them to the founders for proposal and closing. - Maintain a simple CRM of conversations, responses, and warm opportunities. - Work closely with the founders to refine messaging, positioning, and outreach strategy as we grow.Whom we are looking forSomeone who is:- Proactive, structured, and comfortable in a founder-style environment - Capable of owning outreach, follow-ups, and lead management - Willing to problem-solve and iterate with us as we grow - Interested in working with robotics, SaaS, AI, and future-facing digital productsThis can be part-time, freelance, or full-time.- If you’re the right fit, we’ll shape the engagement around you.
