Head – International & Domestic Sales & MarketingIndustry: Agriculture / Agri-Commodities / Food / FMCGLocation: Tilak Road, Pune. / Full TimeDepartment: Sales & MarketingReporting To: Managing Director / CEOJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented professional to lead our International and Domestic Sales & Marketing division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Agriculture or Agri-commodity sector, with proven expertise in driving sales growth, developing global and domestic markets, and building long-term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Leadership:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for both domestic and international markets. - Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion in alignment with company goals. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team.Business Development:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in export and domestic markets. - Establish and manage relationships with international buyers, distributors, agents, and domestic partners. - Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.Market & Brand Development:- Design and implement marketing and promotional strategies to strengthen brand presence. - Represent the company at trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, and industry exhibitions globally and locally. - Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility through digital and offline channels.Market Research & Analysis:- Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and product demand. - Provide market intelligence to management for strategic decision-making and new product development.Operations & Coordination:- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance, and production teams for smooth execution of sales orders. - Ensure compliance with export-import regulations, documentation, and certifications (FSSAI, APEDA, etc.). - Monitor pricing, inventory levels, and delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction.Reporting & Performance:- Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to top management. - Monitor team KPIs and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Food Technology, Marketing, or International Business. - Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Agriculture / Agri-Commodity / Food sector. - Proven track record in handling export and domestic sales with exposure to global markets. - Experience in team leadership, strategy development, and client relationship management.Key Skills:- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills. - Strong business acumen and analytical mindset. - Deep understanding of agri-market dynamics and trade procedures. - Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and MS Office tools. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.-
