Business Development & Client Acquisition- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical industries. - Generate and manage leads under the guidance of senior team members. - Support in presenting product portfolios to clients and understanding their requirements. - Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.2. Sales Coordination & Support- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups. - Support seniors in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports. - Maintain and update client databases and visit reports.3. Market & Product Understanding- Learn about cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical raw materials (Essential oils, Actives, Excipients, etc.). - Stay updated on Market Trends, Product Launches, and Competitor Activities. - Participate in Exhibitions, Expos, and Marketing Events when required.4. Communication & Relationship Management- Communicate effectively with clients via email, calls, and meetings. - Build trust and credibility with clients through consistent follow-ups and service.5. Learning & Development- Gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and marketing of raw materials. - Receive Mentorship from the Business Development and Sales team to grow into a managerial role.Desired Skills:- Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Interest in the Cosmetic, Nutraceutical, or Pharmaceutical Industry. - Good analytical and negotiation ability. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Willingness to travel within India as required.Email to Apply:hr@
