Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing channel partners, handling direct walk-ins, driving site visits, and ensuring strong follow-ups to achieve monthly sales targets for our residential projects.Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners. - Generate leads through CP network and direct sources. - Handle walk-ins, explain project details, and conduct effective site visits. - Maintain a structured follow-up process to convert leads. - Coordinate with marketing for lead flow and feedback. - Track daily enquiries, site visits, and conversions. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Requirements- 1–4 years of sales experience (Real estate preferred). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage channel partners efficiently. - Confident, target-driven, and good at follow-ups. - Knowledge of Bavdhan/West Pune market is an added advantage.What We Offer- Attractive salary + performance-based incentives. - Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing real estate company. - Exposure to premium residential projects.
