The primary responsibilities include generating leads, meeting potential clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing them with the best property options available. The Sales Executive will also be required to manage property listings, conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Collaboration with the team to meet targets and provide excellent customer service is essential.Qualifications- Proven experience in Sales and Real Property transactions - A deep understanding of Real Estate principles - Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients - Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment - Proficiency in property market trends and local area knowledge - Diploma/ Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
