Commercial Sourcing Sales:- Drive sales for sourcing commercial projects (office, business spaces). - Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures. - Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and channel partners. - Develop sales strategies, pricing, and promotional plans with marketing team. - Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and achieve revenue targets. - Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams for documentation and handover..Required Skills & Qualifications:- Graduate/MBA with 5+ years in commercial real estate sales. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in commercial properties. - Familiarity with Pune commercial market, broker networks, and leasing models. - Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency.. - 5+ years experience in real estate/commercial sales sourcing, hospitality, Luxury residential sales, high end automobile!
