This is a strategic leadership position that involves direct engagement with stakeholders and clients to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the sales and business development team to achieve organizational targets. - Develop and execute sales strategies for SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS-based products and services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. - Identify new business opportunities and create go-to-market plans. - Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements. - Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in technical sales and business development, preferably in IT services or cloud solutions. - Strong understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS offerings. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle US-based clients. - Leadership experience with a track record of achieving sales targets. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.Work Schedule- Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST) - Location: Onsite from our Pune office
