KhaataPro is a smart and user-friendly billing & inventory management software designed for retailers, wholesalers, and small businesses. We aim to revolutionize business operations by offering seamless billing, stock tracking, GST compliance, and powerful analytics — all in one platform. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads and selling our in-house billing software to potential clients including retailers, wholesalers, and small-scale companies.Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new customers, primarily in the retail and FMCG sector (Kiranas, small shops, wholesalers, etc.) - Conduct product demos and explain software features to potential clients - Maintain and nurture strong customer relationships to drive renewals and referrals - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. - Collect customer requirements and share feedback with the product team for improvements - Assist customers with onboarding and initial setup with support from the technical team - Maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and CRM records regularly.Requirements:- 0 or 1 year of sales experience (software sales preferred, not mandatory). - Strong communication and convincing skills. - Good understanding of local retail market & business operations. - Basic knowledge of computers, knowledge of billing software, or POS will be a plus. - Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets. - Ability to work in the field and travel within assigned territory.Other Requirements:- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. - Willingness to travel locally as part of the Job. - Should be aware of the local language as well.What We Offer:- Paid Sick Time. - Gratuity. - Opportunity to work in a growing tech company. - A collaborative and supportive team environment.
