At Frido Mobility, we are building accessible, design-first products that enable independence and wellbeing.Role OverviewAs an Inside Sales Executive at Frido Mobility, you will play a key role in driving sales conversions for our mobility products. You will handle inbound and outbound leads, understand customer needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and ensure a smooth buying experience from inquiry to order closure.This role demands excellent communication, empathy, and strong product understanding, as you’ll be assisting B2C customers (individual buyers)Key Responsibilities Handle daily inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from leads generated via ads, website, and marketplaces. Understand customer requirements, identify pain points, and recommend the right Frido product (wheelchair, scooter, etc.) accordingly. Share product videos, brochures, and quotations with customers to aid decision-making. Maintain and update lead details, follow-ups, and sales status in CRM tools (LeadSquared / Gorgias / Google Sheets). Follow a structured sales call process discovery, pitch, demo, objection handling, and closure. Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly revenue and conversion targets.
