The company is focused on delivering quality built-spaces and making strategic investments in real-estate assets.As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s growth ambitions.Role Overview- Identify new business opportunities, channel partners and lead generation sources; develop pipelines and convert leads into sales. - Develop and execute sales strategy for assigned project(s) / geography / product portfolio to meet revenue and profitability targets. - Lead, coach and mentor a team of sales executives / associates – setting targets, monitoring performance, providing feedback and driving continuous improvement. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: brokers, channel partners, property consultants, corporate clients, HNI / retail buyers as applicable. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, inventory levels, buyer behaviour and suggest adjustments to sales strategies. - Drive sales enablement activities: site visits, presentations, product demonstrations, negotiation and closing of sales contracts. - Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory norms, documentation standards, and handover processes. - Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, project, customer-care and finance teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experience and successful project delivery. - Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline status reports, metrics (e.g., lead-to-closing ratio, sales velocity, channel performance) to senior management. - Represent the company at relevant industry and networking events, property exhibitions, investor meets, etc. - Drive high standards of customer service, following up on post-sales queries, ensuring customer satisfaction and referrals.Key Requirements / Profile- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Real-Estate, Marketing or equivalent). A postgraduate qualification (MBA) will be preferred. - Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in the real-estate / property development / construction / high-value sales domain, of which at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing a team. - Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in real-estate or related high-ticket sectors. - Strong network of contacts in real-estate channels, brokers, corporate/ institutional buyer segments - Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset – ability to interpret market data, draw insights, track KPI’s and act proactively. - High level of drive, self-motivated, results-oriented, ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. - Ability to travel as required within city and undertake field visits, client meetings, exhibitions. - Strong leadership and team-building skills, able to motivate and develop sales teams. - Familiarity with CRM tools, sales dashboards, lead management systems will be a plus. - Knowledge of real-estate regulations, documentation process, and local market practices is preferred.Share CVs on info@ for more details.
