With a strong focus on craftsmanship, innovative design, and seamless project delivery, we bring together technology and precision manufacturing to transform everyday spaces into beautifully functional homes.Our Corporate Office is located in Pune, supported by a Customer Experience Store on NIBM Road where clients can explore our products and finishes.All our manufacturing is carried out at our dedicated factory in Nagpur, equipped with modern machinery to ensure high-quality, precision-built modular products.About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in modular wardrobe solutions, modular kitchens, space planning, and client consultation. This role requires strong product knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into high-value projects.Key Responsibilities- Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and provide expert guidance on wardrobe and modular kitchen solutions. - Conduct detailed needs analysis, space measurement coordination, and budget discussions. - Build strong rapport with clients through consultative selling and personalized recommendations. - Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring monthly/quarterly sales targets are met. - Present design concepts, material options, finishes, and pricing structures effectively. - Prepare and deliver detailed quotations, proposals, and project estimates. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of products including shutters, carcass materials, hardware, accessories, storage mechanisms, and modular kitchen layouts. - Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and competitive offerings. - Suggest value-engineered solutions based on client needs and budgets. - Collaborate with internal teams—designers, project managers, site supervisors, factory teams—to ensure smooth project execution. - Track order status, timelines, and client approvals from design to installation. - Handle escalations or modifications by liaising with the operations team. - Ensure seamless pre-sales and post-sales communication with clients. - Provide clients with transparent updates and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and referral conversions.Required Qualifications & Skills- 5+ years of experience in modular furniture/interiors sales (wardrobes, modular kitchens, or fitted furniture). - Strong understanding of interior materials, hardware, and modular manufacturing processes. - Proven track record of meeting sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to read basic interior design drawings (2D/3D) is a plus. - Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.Key Competencies- Customer-centric mindset - Strong aesthetic sense - Problem-solving attitude - Time management & follow-up discipline - High ownership and accountabilityWork Environment- Role may involve site visits, showroom consultations, and client meetings. - Flexible to work during weekends/peak hours if required.
