The Executive will Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently; route them to the concerned departmentKey Responsibilities:Greet and assist clients, visitors, and walk-ins with professionalism and a warm demeanorMaintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all timesCoordinate appointments, client meetings, and manage the visitor logSupport the sales and admin teams with basic clerical and coordination tasksFluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be well-groomed, polite, and carry a presentable appearance at all timesMaintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure smooth front office operationsWillingness to work on weekends; one weekly off on a weekdayPrior experience in real estate or hospitality industry preferred (not mandatory)
