Sales and service engineer

Role Overview:The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for both business development and technical support activities — from identifying customer needs and promoting products, to installation, commissioning, and after-sales service. This role suits energetic, hands-on engineers who enjoy both technical and customer-facing work.Key Responsibilities:- Visit customers for sales promotion, demos, and technical discussions. - Identify new business opportunities for laser machines, press brakes, and finishing solutions. - Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical offers. - Support machine installation, commissioning, and operator training. - Handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and service calls. - Coordinate with the Pune office for spare parts, service reports, and documentation. - Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. - Achieve sales and service performance targets.Desired Candidate Profile:- DME / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - 2–5 years of experience in industrial machinery, sheet metal, or CNC equipment. - Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. - Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills. - Willingness to travel across India. - Self-motivated and capable of working independently.Location: Pune (with travel across India)
