We are now expanding our team and looking for aTelesales Executiveto be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries and lead coordination. Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandleinbound inquiriesfrom platforms likeIndiaMART, Justdial, website , anddirect phone calls . Provide basic product information for bothresidential and commercial furniture(Training will be provided) . Maintain and update thesales tracking sheetwith lead details, follow-up status, and client requirements.(Training will be provided) . Performpre-sales engagement— qualify leads, understand needs, and initiate conversations. Forward relevant data and leadsto the Sales, Repair, and Dispatch teams for further action.(Training will be provided) . Proactivelyfollow up with potential clientsand ensure no lead goes cold. Stay informed about our furniture offerings — materials, use cases, and industry trends. Maintain courteous and professional communication across all customer interactions. RequirementsExperience in telesales, inbound customer support, or inside sales (furniture/interiors experience preferred). Strong communication skills inMarathi, Hindi, and basic English . Familiar with tools likeGoogle Sheets, WhatsApp Business , and basic CRM usage.(Training will be provided for CRM Software) . Organized, prompt, and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple leads. Basic product knowledge or willingness to learn aboutfurniture categories and materials .
