Ltd., located in Pune. The Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, manage sales teams, and build and maintain customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, analyzing sales data, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with other departments to ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives.QualificationsExperience in managing and developing sales teams Strong negotiation and contract management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive revenue growth Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
