This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands B2B technology sales cycles, and has a creative edge in marketing.You will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, nurturing relationships, and converting opportunities into tangible business outcomes. A blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and storytelling will be key to success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:- Identify, research, and prospect potential clients through cold calls, emails, events, social media, and targeted campaigns. - Qualify leads based on need, budget, decision-making authority, and alignment with our service offerings. - Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets. - Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client pain points and position ACL Digital’s solutions effectively.Marketing & Brand Building:- Define, shape, and evolve ACL’s brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels. - Execute targeted marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness goals. - Manage digital campaigns (email marketing, Google Ads, paid search, retargeting, social media, and more), tracking performance and optimizing for ROI.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing for technology services (IT, SaaS, or digital transformation preferred). - Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, consultative selling, and solution-based sales. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing campaigns.: Good to Have - Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and pipeline health. - Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
