Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms. Assist customers who have shown interest in our products (e.g., abandoned cart leads). Understand customer concerns and guide them toward making a purchase. Support the sales team in daily follow-ups and maintain accurate interaction logs. Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align communication. Learn and implement best practices in D2C inside sales and cart recovery. Provide regular feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience. Who Can Apply: Final-year students pursuing BBA, MBA, , or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in sales, customer experience, or marketing. Ability to work from the Pune office (Balewadi). A proactive, self-driven attitude with eagerness to learn.
