Job Title: Manager- Sales Location: Pune, Maharashtra Department: Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, Europe Shift) Travel Requirement: Up to 35% About the Role: Neeyamo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales professional to lead and grow our global sales team for pre-employment background screening services. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a proven track record in enterprise sales, and the ability to guide a high-performing team towards ambitious revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead and manage a team of 3 to 4 sales professionals covering global markets. ● Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed team revenue targets (USD 3 million annually). ● Support the team in complex sales pursuits, including direct client engagement. ● Mentor, coach, and train team members in sales execution and strategy. ● Conduct impactful presentations and communicate effectively with C-suite executives. ● Manage and respond to RFPs and formal procurement processes. ● Leverage CRM tools and other sales platforms to track performance and pipeline. ● Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: ● MBA preferred. ● 5–10 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role. ● Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, preferably in Human Capital Management (HCM) or Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO). ● Proven experience working with global clients and international markets. Skills & Competencies: ● Excellent oral and written communication skills. ● Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. ● Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives. ● Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. ● Familiarity with sales tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms.
