We’re Hiring: Sales Manager / Executive – Industrial Lubricants Location: Multiple Locations Across India-Pune, Delhi NCR, Noida, Ludhiana, Chandigarh Department: Industrial Sales Are you passionate about driving business growth and building strong customer relationships? What You’ll Do • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious business targets. • Retain and grow existing customer relationships while adding new clients. • Drive timely payment collections and manage outstanding receivables. • Conduct competitor and market surveys to uncover growth opportunities. • Educate customers on the value and technical benefits of our lubricants. • Submit daily/monthly reports and ensure compliance with company standards. ✅ What We’re Looking For • Qualification: BE / Diploma / MBA (Mechanical / Industrial preferred). • Experience: 5–10 years in Industrial Lubricant sales or Industrial Consumables. • Strong technical knowledge of metal working fluids and lubricant applications. • Proven track record in business development and customer management. • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
