It is a decorative flooring company based in Pune and executing its operation all over India. Expert in the fields of specialized industrial, commercial & residential flooring.Asst. Sales Manager is a person who is responsible for generating business for the company by finding new clients, developing Channel Partners, Generating Orders from them, Brand Building. Employee responsibilities: 1.Generating Business Leads - Generating, adding and updating database of ideal prospects. - Networking, Building relationships with Architects, PMCs, Builders - Building strategic alliances with suppliers of other products and services to the same target segment. - Qualify the leads - understanding the client’s requirements, timelines and suggesting the suitable products or systems. - Effectively communicate with clients, architects, PMCs etc and value-sell our products. - Handle presentations, requirement discussions, negotiations, competitor study, rapport building - Diligently follow up for order closure, collect PO & Advance. 3. Channel partner management: - Adding new channel partners - Generating business from existing channel partners by supporting them and with continuous follow-ups - Providing and updating channel partners with new products / systems by arranging training programsDesignation: Asst.
