Job Title: Telecaller Job type: Full time Timings: 10:30-7:00 Salary: 15k-20k Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales or service team in achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales. Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their queries or complaints professionally. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services. Maintain customer records and update databases accurately. Follow up with leads through calls, messages, or emails. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team leader or manager. Provide product/service information clearly and concisely to customers. Handle customer objections and offer effective solutions. Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive customer relationships. Requirements: Education : Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate in any field. Experience : 1–2 years of experience in telecalling. Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.) Ability to work in a team and handle pressure. Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
