Delivery Manager - Salesforce

Job Title: Engineering Lead - Salesforce Practice Skills: Delivery Management, Salesforce, Governance, Client Partnership Experience Required: 12-15 Years Location: Pune Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead Salesforce engagements, ensuring execution excellence, strong governance, and trusted client partnerships. The role requires a customer-focused leader who can balance delivery rigor with relationship building, while mentoring teams to achieve consistently high standards. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs with strong governance and reporting. Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and Salesforce Account Executives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. Manage risks, escalations, and ensure proactive communication at all levels. Travel to client sites as needed to support delivery success and relationship building. Mentor and guide project managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams. Must Have Proven experience in delivery governance and execution of enterprise IT projects. Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability and willingness to travel frequently for client engagements. Excellent communication, governance, and escalation management. Solid experience in Salesforce project delivery (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other core clouds). Should Have Background in Manufacturing or Financial Services domains. Experience collaborating with Salesforce Account Executives and partners . Exposure to distributed or global delivery teams. Familiarity with financial management concepts (utilization, margins). Awareness of Salesforce innovations such as AI, Data Cloud, or Agentforce.
