Details: Department: Marketing Position: Inside Sales Executive Base Location: Pune Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to support our business growth through effective lead generation, nurturing, and appointment setting. This role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced B2B environment while leveraging the latest sales and marketing technologies. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s /Master degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales/marketing operations. Proven experience in lead generation, nurturing, and management, preferably in a B2 environment. Familiarity with the latest sales and marketing technologies (LinkedIn sales navigator, Zoho CRM, Marketing automation platforms. Experience executing email campaigns and leveraging automation tools. Proficiency in identifying and prospecting key decision-makers across industries. Strong discipline in follow-ups and relationship building. Above-average proficiency in MS Excel (macros, pivot tables, lookups, etc.). Excellent business communication skills (verbal and written). Strong team coordination/management capabilities. Lead Generation & Outreach Generate qualified appointments with decision-makers through multiple channels, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other B2B lead generation strategies (India & Global markets). Lead Management Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle, ensuring accurate data entry, segmentation, and tracking in Zoho CRM. Conduct consistent and structured follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities. Campaign Execution Execute and manage email campaigns using tools like Mautic, HubSpot, or similar platforms, including automation workflows and A/B testing. Optimization & Analysis Create, analyze, and optimize sales processes for more effective and faster lead generation. Analyze lead performance metrics to evaluate ROI, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Reporting & Review Prepare and share lead generation reports, pipeline updates, and performance insights with management. General Execution Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage execution of plans within strict deadlines.
