Job Description:
Role Overview We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in Pune. The role will serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce platforms, ensuring smooth operations, user support, and system enhancements. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce environments. This position requires strong technical and business alignment, with the ability to translate user needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, while maintaining data integrity and compliance. Key Responsibilities Serve as the system administrator for Salesforce instances at Zywave. Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings. Handle data management including imports, exports, data cleansing, and deduplication. Configure workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and automation (Flows/Process Builder). Support integration between Salesforce and other systems (ERP, Gainsight, marketing platforms, boundary apps). Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership and operational teams. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and audit requirements. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation. Partner with global teams to align Salesforce best practices across regions. Qualifications & Skills 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a global setup. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Admin / App Builder certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience. Experience with automation (Flows, Process Builder, Apex basics) and integrations (APIs, middleware). Strong skills in data management, reporting, and dashboards. Ability to partner with business teams and translate needs into technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
