Salesforce MuleSoft Consultant Alscient India, Pune, India (Hybrid) Role As part of continued growth, we are expanding our MuleSoft capability to meet growing demand and are looking for a Salesforce Consultant with specialist MuleSoft skills to join our growing international team, supporting our UK consultancy and customers from our Pune base. Partnering with our UK based Summit level Salesforce teams you will design, develop, and implement integration solutions that connect Salesforce with enterprise systems, cloud applications, and data services. As an Alscient Salesforce MuleSoft Consultant we expect you to hit the ground running, you will be a self-motivated, excellent communicator, with the appropriate MuleSoft experience supported by relevant certifications. We want our Salesforce MuleSoft Consultants to be ‘hands-on’ and able to make an immediate impact by providing solution input when required, comfortable following design documents and able to support a variety of UK based customer engagements. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead the design and development of APIs, integrations, and data flows using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Translate business requirements into integration solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. Implement API-led connectivity following MuleSoft best practices. Create technical documentation, API specifications (RAML/OAS), and deployment guides. Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimisation. Collaborate with Salesforce teams to ensure seamless data and process integration. Support deployments and environment management (CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or on-prem). Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing. Collaborate with onshore UK consultants, developers, and project managers. You will have: Experience as a Salesforce Consultant with knowledge across multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud). At least 3 years dedicated to MuleSoft development and systems integration. Hands-on expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Exchange, API Designer, and API Manager. Strong understanding of API-led architecture and Enterprise Integration Patterns. Proven experience building RESTful and SOAP APIs, including API security and governance. Proficiency in DataWeave transformations and Mule 4 development. Knowledge of common integration protocols (HTTP, JMS, FTP/SFTP, JDBC) and cloud connectors. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and version control (Git). Experience with CloudHub deployments and monitoring tools. Solid understanding of security patterns (OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS). Excellent communication skills to enable effective working with UK stakeholders in a remote team setup. Appropriate MuleSoft Developer certification. Architect certification would be desirable. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) to engage with UK stakeholders. Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models and time zone alignment. Experience and knowledge of AWS as well as Jira and Confluence tools would be advantageous. Are you a good fit?
