Sales Officer - Pune

Sresta Natural Bio-Products Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to drive sales across General Trade in Pune & Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG/ Food sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of expanding market presence. Key Responsibilities: General Trade (GT): Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Expand the general trade network by identifying new market opportunities. Drive primary and secondary sales, ensuring proper stock availability at all levels. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and consumer trends. Location - Pune Nagpur Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years in Sales, preferably in FMCG, food Sales, or related industries. Education: Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing or a related field. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Must-Have: Prior experience handling sales across General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Distribution handling.
