Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Pune. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing sales transactions. Additional tasks include managing client inquiries, preparing sales contracts, and collaborating with the property management team to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will also be expected to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Experience in sales, especially in the real estate industry Ability to generate leads and build lasting client relationships Familiarity with property management and real estate laws Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Knowledge of the Pune real estate market is a plus
