Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time ***Experience: Min. 1 Year Experience Required*** Industry: Environmental Services Salary: As per interview Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Appointment Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified appointments through outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and cold calling. This role is critical in building the sales pipeline and ensuring smooth coordination between prospects and the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified appointments for the sales team through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and referrals Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, lead status, and appointments in CRM tools Qualify leads based on specified criteria (CDQA – Call, Decision Maker, Qualification, Appointment) Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and appointment setting Provide timely and accurate reports on lead status and campaign performance Candidate Requirements: Education: Undergraduate freshers (with minimum 6 months of experience in CDQA, appointment generation, or demand generation) Experience: Min. 1 year in a B2B/B2C calling, lead generation, or appointment setting role (preferred) Languages: Excellent spoken and written communication in English Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is an added advantage Key Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Persuasive and confident approach over phone/email Basic understanding of B2B/B2C sales cycle Ability to handle objections and convert cold calls into appointments Good organizational and time management skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset Interested candidates can send their resumes to ,in.
