Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-sales Executive in Real Estate, located in Pune. The Pre-sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting market research to target specific audiences, and gathering and evaluating client requirements. Daily tasks include interactions with clients to explain project details, handling inquiries, generating leads, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads. Additional duties include providing clients with all necessary information, following up on inquiries, and maintaining client databases. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and market research abilities Client management and relationship-building skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Knowledge of the real estate market in Pune and surrounding areas is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred Previous experience in pre-sales or real estate is an advantage
