Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators. Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring alignment with business goals. Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions aligned with industry best practices. Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Conduct code reviews, ensure quality assurance, and oversee deployment activities. Required Skills: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform. Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning components. Proven experience in leading Salesforce project teams and managing client communication. Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology. Nice to Have: Salesforce Health Cloud experience or certification. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Application Architect.
