The role is pivotal in delivering a seamless, consultative pre-sales experience while working hand-in-hand with the sales, marketing, and product teams to convert qualified leads into delighted customers. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement • Act as the first point of contact for potential clients during the pre-sales journey. • Engage in warm, consultative inbound and outbound calls. • Understand customer requirements, preferences, and expectations to provide tailored guidance. • Communicate our project USPs, offerings, and lifestyle benefits effectively. Customer Experience & Coordination • Schedule and coordinate site visits, project walkthroughs, and experience center appointments. • Ensure a high-quality, seamless customer experience from first interaction to handover to sales. Product Knowledge & Market Understanding • Develop in-depth knowledge of Duville’s projects, specifications, layouts, and amenities. • Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor offerings to deliver valuable insights. Proposal & Presentation Support • Assist the sales team in creating customized project proposals and compelling presentations. • Ensure all sales collateral aligns with customer needs and brand positioning. Client Needs Analysis • Conduct structured client need assessments to understand their goals, lifestyle preferences, and budgets. • Translate insights into inputs for sales strategy and product feedback. Cross-functional Collaboration • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams for alignment on positioning and messaging. • Provide key inputs to support marketing campaigns and pre-sales initiatives. Competitor & Market Analysis • Conduct competitor research to identify strengths, gaps, and positioning strategies. • Recommend enhancements or pivots in communication strategy based on analysis. CRM & Reporting • Maintain accurate, real-time records of client interactions and lead status in CRM systems. • Generate regular reports on pre-sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Ideal Candidate Profile • 1–3 years of experience in real estate, luxury sales, hospitality, or high-end customer service. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both verbal and written. • Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using CRM tools. • A self-starter with a solution-oriented approach. • Positive, confident, and polished personality.
