We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused IT Sales Accounts Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through tailored IT solutions and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage strong relationships with existing key accounts. • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospective clients. • Understand client needs and propose appropriate IT solutions (software, hardware, managed services, cloud, etc.). • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. • Use CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and account activities. • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and conferences. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus). • 3–10 years of experience in IT sales or account management. • Strong understanding of IT products and services (e.g., SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, infrastructure). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals. • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Preferred Skills: • Background in selling B2B IT solutions. • Ability to understand technical requirements and liaise with technical teams. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
