Setting high standards for sales, service, and team excellence.What You’ll Do• Launch & Lead: Drive the store opening, set up the team, and build strong sales culture.• Sales Driver: Achieve and exceed revenue targets through smart strategies and dailymotivation.• Customer Experience Curator: Ensure every visitor has a delightful, brand-firstexperience.• Team Builder: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-energy team aligned to Uni Seoul’svalues.• Operations Master: Manage stock, visual merchandising, and SOP compliance withprecision.• Brand Face: Represent Uni Seoul as a cultural and lifestyle brand ambassador in thecity.What You’ll Bring• 3–6 years of retail management experience, preferably in high-footfall lifestyle/fashionstores.• Proven record of hitting sales goals and driving team performance.• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and mentor a young, diverse team.• High ownership mindset — thrive in new setups and fast-paced environments.
