Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth within assigned channels, managing and building relationships with key stakeholders, achieving sales targets, and driving distribution expansion. The manager will also monitor market trends, gather customer insights, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and goal alignment.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation abilities, and experience in account managementExperience in Horeca, Railway, and CPC channel sales, and marketing knowledgeCapability to identify market trends, analyze data, and develop effective sales strategiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentProficiency in market analysis, planning, and business developmentBachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plusPrior experience in the food or FMCG industry is advantageous
