The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and leading a team effectively.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the store Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving monthly targets Supervise, train, and motivate store staff Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment Ensure proper visual merchandising and hygiene standards Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally Manage store documentation and billing procedures accurately Report sales data and insights to higher management regularlyKey Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role (optical or healthcare preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of optical products, lenses, and frames (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
