Cluster Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Cluster Manager to lead multiple Uni Seoul stores across Pune and nearby regions. This role requires strong commercial ownership, operational rigor, and people leadership to consistently deliver Uni Seoul’s brand promise and business results.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Growth- Drive sales performance and achieve targets across assigned stores. - Track KPIs, analyze trends, and execute timely corrective actions. - Partner with leadership on promotions, pricing, and growth initiatives.Customer Experience & Brand Standards- Deliver consistent, customer-first store experiences. - Ensure strong brand representation across service, visuals, and ambience. - Manage escalations and build customer loyalty.Operations & Compliance- Ensure SOP adherence, inventory accuracy, audits, and store discipline. - Maintain visual merchandising, cash controls, and loss prevention standards.People Leadership- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and frontline teams. - Build a performance-driven culture and pipeline of future leaders.Market Insights & Reporting- Monitor local market trends and competition. - Share actionable insights and performance reports to improve profitability.What You’ll Bring- 3–8 years of multi-store retail or area management experience. - Proven ability to drive sales in high-footfall environments. - Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. - Willingness to travel across Pune and nearby locations
