Regional Retail Trainer

Regional Retail Trainer- Pune & North India We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Retail Trainer to train and develop our retail workforce, enhancing their skills and aligning their performance with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Sr. Training Manager to design and implement impactful training programs. Deliver engaging in-person and remote training sessions for retail teams. Conduct onboarding for new joiners with clear communication of company policies, procedures, and product knowledge. Train teams on sales techniques, customer service, and negotiation skills. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback and coaching. Partner with store and cluster managers to align training with store-specific needs and sales goals. Keep training content, curriculum, and documentation up to date.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 2–6 years of experience in a similar role (Retail Trainer / Sales Trainer). Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, ABV, and customer service principles. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office and training tools/software. Strong interpersonal, coaching, and analytical skills. Flexibility to travel within the region as needed.
