Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Expertise: Leverage at least 5+ years of retail experience to provide insights and best practices for client retail operations.Blue Yonder Solutions: Apply working knowledge of Blue Yonder products (e.g., CKB, ESO) to optimize processes and ensure effective solution deployment (5+ years).Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycle—from development to delivery—ensuring alignment and timely execution.Expectation & Escalation Management: Act as a trusted advisor, managing expectations and resolving escalations across all levels.Commercial Awareness: Understand product commercials and cost structures; accurately estimate new efforts, monitor ongoing project costs, and ensure financial control.Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand effectively, supporting strategic planning and operational efficiency.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5+ years of retail industry experience.Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder solutions (CKB, ESO preferred) (5+ years).Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and project financials.Familiarity with demand forecasting and planning processes.Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
