Job Description:
Key Result Areas for Cluster Manager role in PuneProcess Responsibilities Drive sales activities and implement initiatives to improve volume, productivity, and profitability. Ensure effective inventory management for the concept in the territory, including order management, stock consolidation, movement/transfer, optimum stock utilization, stock returns, and shrinkage control. Review, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to stock, sales performance, and concept trends to support informed business decisions. Monitor and action fast-moving and slow-moving lines; evaluate new ranges and end-of-life products and implement required interventions. Ensure pricing of merchandise as per the prescribed pricing matrix. Share monthly feedback with the Concept team on sales performance, stock position, and product insights. Strategize and identify opportunities for concept expansion in the territory. Ensure timely completion of new store projects. Identify suitable locations for new stores as per process requirements and quality benchmarks; assess territory dynamics including demographics, consumer behavior, and market potential. Ensure effective VM implementation, SOP adherence, stock transfers, petty cash approvals, and store repairs & maintenance.People Management Responsibilities Maintain regular engagement with staff (housing & transport teams) and plan welfare activities. Ensure smooth onboarding, handholding of new joiners, and completion of induction formalities in a timely manner. Train and guide store managers to ensure employee grievances are resolved promptly. Manage Store Managers, including performance evaluations, training, development, and succession planning. Provide direction to the team, set goals, and regularly monitor performance against targets. Oversee hiring, training, and evaluation of staff. Manage employee incentives and attendance approvals.Financial Responsibilities Drive cost control measures across the territory. Approve petty cash expenses within defined limits.
