We’re Hiring: Head of Vendor Management Location: (Pune) , 18+ years of experience We are seeking an experienced leader to head Vendor Management , driving value, efficiency, and resilience across our international vendor ecosystem. What you’ll do: ✔️ Lead end-to-end vendor management, partnering with Procurement, Risk, and Technology teams. ✔️ Shape and execute a cohesive vendor strategy, ensuring efficiency and eliminating duplication. ✔️ Oversee contract negotiations, financial planning (P&L, budgeting, forecasting), and third-party governance. ✔️ Manage vendor performance, risk, and compliance across the full lifecycle. ✔️ Provide leadership as Director team and global vendor management forums. What we’re looking for: Proven executive leadership in technology/vendor management within financial services (multinational bank experience preferred). Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L ownership. Deep understanding of banking technology operations, regulatory and market dynamics. Ability to drive results in a complex, matrixed environment.
