Job Title : Store Manager – Retail Store Location : Pune, Maharashtra Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Management Drive store performance to meet or exceed sales targets Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to improve revenue Coordinate promotions and in-store campaigns Customer Service Excellence Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Resolve customer complaints and feedback professionally Train staff to deliver consistent service quality Staff Supervision Train, supervise, and evaluate store employees Create staff schedules and manage attendance roster with Area Sales Manager Motivate team to achieve performance goals Inventory & Merchandising Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment Manage stock rotation and minimize shrinkage Manage Stock Audit Maintain visual merchandising standards (displays, cleanliness, layout) (if required) Operational Control Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Handle store opening/closing procedures, cash management, and daily reporting Maintain safety, hygiene, and audit-readiness Reporting & Communication Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports Coordinate with area or regional managers for business updates Provide market insights and customer feedback to head office
