Designation - Project Director – Real Estate (Residential Projects | End-to-End Ownership)Location: Bibwewadi, Pune (Projects across Karjat, Alibaug, Dapoli & other locations)About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced Project Director to take complete ownership of residential real estate project execution and delivery.This is a business-critical leadership role, responsible for driving end-to-end project lifecycle, profitability, timelines, quality, and compliance while leading cross-functional teams across multiple projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project execution from planning to final handoverEnsure delivery within timelines, budget, quality standards, and statutory complianceAct as single point of accountability for project outcomesDrive project planning, execution strategy, and milestone trackingLead cross-functional teams: Engineering, Architecture, Liaisoning, Legal, Finance & ProcurementManage project budgets, cost control, and profitability targetsOversee vendor negotiations, contracts, and procurement strategyEnsure RERA compliance, approvals, and regulatory adherenceDrive risk identification and mitigation strategiesProvide management reporting, insights, and decision supportKey DeliverablesOn-time project completionControlled cost varianceAchievement of profitability targetsZero major compliance/legal issuesHigh-quality execution and customer-ready deliveryExperience Required15–25 years in Real Estate / ConstructionProven experience in end-to-end residential project deliveryExperience in villa / plotted / township / second home projects – Preferred.Experience handling multiple projects / locations preferredStrong exposure to project P&L, cost management, and execution leadershipKey SkillsProject Planning & ExecutionFinancial & Commercial AcumenVendor & Contract ManagementRegulatory & RERA ComplianceLeadership & Team ManagementStrong Ownership & Decision-Making AbilityIdeal Candidate ProfileOperates like a Project Business Owner (not just execution head)Strong in decision-making, accountability, and execution excellenceAbility to manage complex, multi-location real estate projectsProven track record of delivering high-value residential developmentsPlease note: Only candidates who have independently handled end-to-end project ownership with single-point accountability across all functions will be consideredApply / Contact
