Job Description:
We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Sales to lead the sales of retail/commercial shops across our premium residential projects. You will be responsible for driving sales of retail shops/commercial spaces across projects. The role involves lead generation, client handling, CP Handling, investor management, and closure of high-value retail deals while ensuring strong pipeline and inventory movement.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales of retail shops inventory across projects.Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.Focus on investor sales, HNI clients, and business owners.Generate leads through direct channels, CPs, brokers, and references.Ensure high conversion ratios through effective follow-ups and negotiations.Conduct site visits and presentations for prospective clients.Work closely with channel partners and brokers for retail inventory sales.Activate new CPs focused on commercial and retail segment.Ensure regular engagement and motivation of CP network.Provide feedback on pricing, inventory movement, and demand trends.Assist in planning retail pricing strategies based on market dynamics.Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and business clients.Ensure repeat business and referrals.Handle negotiations and closure of high-ticket deals.Coordinate with CRM for documentation and closures.
