In this role, you will be responsible for meeting developers and channel partners to onboard new projects as mandate for Pyramids Properties.Key Responsibilities Requirements:* 7–8 years of experience in real estate sales, channel management, or developer sourcing.* Strong networking, relationship-building, with Developers & Channel Partner.* Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners (CPs) and developers to bring new projects on board as mandated.* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with developers, ensuring alignment with projects and business objectives.* Track and manage the sourcing pipeline effectively to ensure smooth coordination and timely follow-ups.* Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new developer projects.* Maintain structured reports and performance updates for leadership.
